Before you book
Booking & cancellation policy
To secure your appointment, we ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

- A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
- Treatments prepaid in full: rescheduling within 48 hours forfeits 50% of the payment. No-shows forfeit the full amount.
- Gift vouchers: the same fees apply and will be deducted from the voucher value.
- Memberships: the same fees apply, and 50% of the monthly fee must be paid before further bookings can be made.
