FAQ
How does billing work?
$100 per month, billed monthly for a minimum of three months. After your initial term, you have the option to commit to another 3 months… or longer if you wish! Your membership can be paused or cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Can I use my skin bank credit on products?
No. Skin bank credit can only be used towards a range of facial upgrades.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. F can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. Your session carries forward, it doesn't disappear. It must be redeemed within 30 days of your previous month’s appointment.
