Your consultation
How it works
Nurse consultation
We discuss your concerns, goals, lifestyle and medical history, and look at all your options, including non-injectable skin treatments.
Prescriber consultation
If an injectable treatment may be suitable, you'll have a real-time video consultation with an authorised prescriber through Juvae. They decide whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Time to decide
You'll receive clear written information on risks, recovery and costs. There's no obligation to go ahead, and you're welcome to take time to think it over.
Treatment & aftercare
If you choose to proceed, treatment is performed by our Registered Nurse, followed by aftercare guidance and a follow-up review.
Why Glow
Experience you can feel confident in
Clinical background

Time to talk
Unhurried consultations, honest advice and clear written information on risks and costs before anything goes ahead.
Proper prescribing
A real-time video consultation with an authorised prescriber through Juvae, every time a prescription is needed.
The whole picture
Aesthetics alongside advanced skin treatments and professional homecare, for long-term skin health, not quick fixes.
A note on what we can share online
Why this page doesn't list treatments or prices
Australian law (TGA and Ahpra) doesn't allow clinics to advertise prescription-only treatments, show before-and-after photos, or list their prices online. These rules are there to protect you, and they're exactly why every aesthetic journey at Glow starts with a proper conversation.
So bring all your questions. We'll answer every one of them in person, openly and honestly.
Your options
Treatment options we can discuss
Every plan starts with a consultation. Your nurse will recommend the options that suit your skin, including non-injectable treatments.
Cosmetic Injectable Consultation
A one-on-one consultation with our Registered Nurse to discuss your cosmetic goals, followed by a real-time video consultation with an authorised prescriber if treatment may be suitable. Full information on options, risks and costs is given in person.
Skin Quality & Texture
SQT Bio-Microneedling and Fusion Meso + Needling support the skin's natural renewal processes to help improve the appearance of texture, pores, fine lines and scarring over a course of treatments.
Skin Firmness
As we age, collagen production naturally slows. RF Skin Tightening uses gentle warmth to support the skin's own collagen processes, helping to improve the appearance of firmness over a course of treatments.
Puffiness & Facial Contour
Our Prin Lymphatic Facial uses gentle lymphatic techniques to encourage the natural movement of fluid, helping the face look refreshed and less puffy, with a more defined appearance.
Hydration & Glow
OxyGeneo 4-in-1 and Dermalux LED focus on hydration, radiance and overall skin health, a lovely way to refresh dull or tired-looking skin with no downtime.
Not Sure Where to Start?
Tell us what you'd like to change about your skin and we'll guide you to the right option. See our skin concerns guide, or book a consultation and we'll create a plan together.
Important information
Risks & recovery
All cosmetic injectable procedures carry risks. Common short-term effects can include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness and headache. Less common but serious complications can occur. Results vary between individuals and no outcome can be guaranteed. Your practitioner will explain the specific risks, recovery time and likely outcomes for you during your consultation.
Who is this not suitable for?
We do not perform cosmetic injectable treatments on anyone under 18. Treatment may also be unsuitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions or medications. This is assessed at your consultation.
What does it cost?
When you book a consultation online, a $50 deposit is taken. It's fully refundable if you're not suitable for any treatment options. If you go ahead, it's included in your total treatment cost, not charged on top.
The most accurate way to understand cost is during your consultation with our Registered Nurse. Under TGA and Ahpra rules, we're not permitted to advertise prices for prescription-only (Schedule 4) medicines. All costs are provided in writing before any treatment goes ahead.
Who prescribes my treatment?
We partner with Juvae, which connects our nurse with a network of authorised medical prescribers. Your prescriber will hold a real-time video consultation with you before any prescription is made, and they decide whether treatment is suitable for you.
Concerns or complaints
If you have any concerns, please speak with us first so we can help. You can also contact Ahpra (ahpra.gov.au) or the WA Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (hadsco.wa.gov.au).
